My attempt at a healthier lifestyle has been somewhat on the move. Eating salads more often is definitely a starter. My chicken didn't thaw, so instead of making a Caesar salad, I decided to go with the ingredients I had. To add flavor, I included strawberries, blueberries, almonds, red and orange bell peppers, tomatoes, dried cranberries, and avocados (in my opinion, avocados make everything taste better). The salad didn't even need dressing because of all the juice from the fruits. The variety of bright colors definitely made it appealing to eat.
